About the Job:
$15.00 per hour

We are looking for someone who:

Has a big heart and a calm voice to guide our claimants through one of the most important processes of their lives.

Responsibilities:

It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately treat all claimants.
Deliver service that reflects our values.
Maintain and update client data within the case management system to ensure 100% accuracy.
Serve as the friendly -but-persistent bridge between claimants and Social Security.
Keep medical documentation on track and updated.
Shift gears while staying organized and on track.
Keep documentation complete, accurate and filed before the deadline has time to get nervous.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience 2+ years preferred.
Awesome Communication Skills.
Time Management Guru.
Able to think outside the box.
Self-motivated.
Pleasant phone personality.
Organized.
Team player.
Multitask capability without compromising on quality.
Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Word, outlook, Excel helpful.
Dependable and punctual.
A background check must be passed to be considered for this position.
