About the Job:
$15.00 per hour
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a big heart and a calm voice to guide our claimants through one of the most important processes of their lives.

Responsibilities:
- It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately treat all claimants.
- Deliver service that reflects our values.
- Maintain and update client data within the case management system to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Serve as the friendly -but-persistent bridge between claimants and Social Security.
- Keep medical documentation on track and updated.
- Shift gears while staying organized and on track.
- Keep documentation complete, accurate and filed before the deadline has time to get nervous.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience 2+ years preferred.
- Awesome Communication Skills.
- Time Management Guru.
- Able to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated.
- Pleasant phone personality.
- Organized.
- Team player.
- Multitask capability without compromising on quality.
- Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Word, outlook, Excel helpful.
- Dependable and punctual.
- A background check must be passed to be considered for this position.
